Service Description
Custom Apparel & Accessory Consultations * Schedule your consultation at least 5 to 6 months before the desired pickup date to allow time for multiple fittings and adjustments. Rush timelines may be available for an additional fee. * Consultations are 60 minutes and include a detailed discussion of your vision, covering garment design, pricing, and the project timeline. * Clients may arrive with a clear concept or use the consultation to refine ideas and finalize designs. * To better communicate preferences, clients are encouraged to bring source materials (Pinterest boards, photos, clippings, fabric swatches, etc.). More details are always helpful! * For larger or intricate projects, an additional meeting may be necessary to complete the design plan. * A non-refundable 50% retainer is required before any work begins. The timeline will start once the retainer is received. The remaining balance is due at pick-up. * Garments and accessories cannot be picked up until they are paid for in full. Key Policies (Applies to All Services): ✔ All deposits are non-refundable. ✔ Garments and accessories cannot be picked up until the balance is paid in full. ✔ Rush services may be available for an additional fee but are not guaranteed. ✔ Failure to pick up garments within the agreed-upon time may result in additional fees or forfeiture of the item.
Cancellation Policy
1. No Refund Policy All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. Store credit or a gift card may be offered if I cannot complete the alterations. Rush requests may be declined, and consultation fees remain non-refundable. 2. No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy Booking fees are non-refundable and not credited for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours. A new appointment and booking fee are required for rescheduling after a no-show. 3. Payments & Deposits A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before work begins. The timeline starts upon payment. The remaining balance is due at pickup (cash or check only). Unpaid balances will delay pickup. 4. Turnaround Time & Rush Orders Completion estimates depend on alteration complexity. Rush orders may incur extra fees or be declined. Declined rush projects do not qualify for refunds. 5. Authorization for Alterations By submitting a garment, you authorize necessary modifications. Some alterations are irreversible, and I am not liable for undesired outcomes if changes contradict my recommendations. 6. Fittings & Adjustments Clients must attend scheduled fittings. Additional post-final fitting adjustments may incur extra fees. 7. Fabric & Alteration Limitations Some fabrics and garment structures have alteration limits. Certain modifications may be irreversible. 8. Abandoned Garments Garments must be picked up within 4 months of the completion date. Unclaimed items will become my property and may be donated or repurposed. No refunds for abandoned garments. 9. No Liability for Pre-Existing Damage I am not responsible for issues caused by fabric condition or age, previous alterations, or manufacturer defects. 10. Right to Refuse Service & Communication Guidelines I may decline projects due to feasibility, timeline constraints, or professional incompatibility. If declined after a consultation, no refunds will be given, but store credit may be offered at my discretion. Communication Expectations: Professional and respectful communication is required. Harassment (excessive calls, contact) will not be tolerated. Violations may result in service termination without a refund. 11. Termination of Services I reserve the right to terminate services due to harassment, unprofessional behavior, or policy violations. No refunds will be issued upon termination. By engaging my services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
